Yes. Every diamond above 1.00 carat is certified by a leading international laboratory such as IGI, GSI, or GIA. All our gold jewellery is BIS Hallmarked, and every jewellery piece comes with its own authenticity certificate, so you can buy with complete confidence, knowing exactly what you're getting.

The International Gemological Institute (IGI), the Gemological Science International (GSI), and the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) are among the world's most trusted diamond grading laboratories. A certificate from any of these organizations provides an unbiased, expert assessment of a diamond's Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat Weight, so you know exactly what you're paying for.

IGI, GSI, and GIA certified diamonds each carry a unique certificate number, laser-inscribed directly onto the diamond by the respective laboratory. You can verify this number on the IGI, GSI, or GIA website, or match it with the certificate provided with your diamond. Since each certificate number is unique to a single diamond, verification is simple and reliable. If you'd like additional assurance, a qualified gemologist can also examine the diamond and confirm it matches its certificate.

As of now we provide only lab-grown diamonds, and the listing for each piece clearly states which one it is. Either way, it arrives with an IGI, GSI, or GIA certificate confirming authenticity — we're always upfront about which type you're buying. We will soon be providing natural diamond jewellery as well.

These are diamonds mined and traded without ties to human rights abuses, armed conflict, child labour, or environmental damage. Every diamond at Aarunya is conflict-free, sourced through legitimate channels and certified under the internationally recognised Kimberley Process. Ethical sourcing isn't a footnote for us — it's something we take seriously at every step.

Pendants are sold separately from chains — you can pick up a chain to go with it on its own.

Yes, resizing is free in almost every case. The only exception is if the design cannot be resized due to technical limitations. If additional material is required for the resize, a small additional charge will apply. If less material is needed, we'll either refund the difference to your bank account or add it to your store credit, whichever you prefer.

They are — every order within India stays fully insured until it lands in your hands.

We pack everything in sturdy, tamper-proof packaging and insure every shipment in transit, handled only by established courier partners. If a package looks like it's been tampered with when it arrives, don't accept it.

Every order is fully insured in transit, so in the unlikely event something gets lost, you'll be refunded in full. We want you to have complete peace of mind on this.

Expect your jewellery to arrive in our signature premium box, along with all the relevant certificates — everything you need for total peace of mind.

Yes — you can return an eligible piece within 10 days of delivery, no questions asked, as long as it's unused, unworn, and comes back with its original packaging, certificate, and accessories. Full terms are in our Return & Refund Policy.

We don't do a direct swap within that 10-day window — if you'd rather have a different piece, you'd return the original for a refund or Store Credit and place a fresh order. Separately, though, we do run a Lifetime Exchange Program for eligible pieces further down the road; you'll find the details in our Lifetime Exchange Policy.

Once your return reaches us, our team runs a quality check that typically takes 3–5 business days. Store Credit, if you opt for it, is applied the moment that check clears. A refund to your original payment method — card, UPI, or net banking — usually lands within 7–10 business days after that. For change-of-mind returns, a small return-shipping charge (2% of the invoice value) comes out of the refund; if the return is due to a defect, wrong item, or transit damage on our end, you get the full amount back with nothing deducted.

We'd really advise against it. Once anyone other than Aarunya resizes, repairs, or alters a piece, it's no longer eligible for return, refund, or warranty coverage — and there's a genuine risk of damage to the diamond or setting. Bring it to us instead: resizing is free and your piece stays fully protected.

Fine jewellery needs a bit of care — store each piece on its own in a soft pouch or box to prevent scratches, keep it away from chemicals, perfumes, and heat, and take it off before swimming or workouts. Our jewellery care guide covers this in more depth.

Yes — every Aarunya piece comes with complimentary lifetime cleaning through our Aarunya Care service. You'd just cover the shipping to send it in and back.

We can arrange a duplicate certificate for you. We will require the jewellery to be sent to us. Re-certification may carry a small cost depending on the grading lab involved. You'd cover the shipping to send it in and back. Reach out to support and we'll help sort it out.
