Statutory defect remedies apply regardless of pricing. Change-of-mind returns are not available for sale-price products.

Return Eligibility Conditions

Product must be unused, in original packaging, with original IGI certificate (where applicable), original accessories, and invoice.

Return Shipping

Free pickup arranged by Aarunya where return is due to manufacturing defect, wrong product, or transit damage. Customer bears shipping cost for change-of-mind returns (2% of Total Invoice Value (Shipping, Insurance & GST)).

Direct product exchange is not offered. Customers return eligible products and place a fresh order.

Limited Manufacturing Warranty

Repair (preferred), component replacement, product replacement, or alternative resolution — all at no cost to the Customer.

Resizing

Available. Ring resizing by Aarunya does not affect warranty. Third-party resizing voids warranty.

Lifetime Exchange

Natural diamonds may be sourced internationally from certified suppliers committed to the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme. Lab-grown diamonds are produced under controlled laboratory conditions. Specific origin details are not individually tracked per diamond.

Diamond Certification

Eligible diamond jewellery is accompanied by certification issued by the International Gemological Institute (IGI). The type of certificate (Diamond Certificate or Jewellery Certificate) is specified on the individual product page.

BIS Hallmarking

All eligible gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked in compliance with mandatory BIS Hallmarking Regulations. Each hallmarked article carries a Hallmark Unique Identification (HUID) number enabling verification at www.bis.gov.in.
